How We Work Before Anything Goes Up
We have been in business 5 years, and most of what we know came from looking closely at why exterior lighting fails. Flickering sections, dim runs at the far end of a roofline and app controllers that drop offline usually trace back to a short list of causes: a power supply sized too small for the run, voltage drop over long distances, water working into a connector, or an outdoor circuit that trips when it rains.
So we check those things first. On a visit we measure each roofline run, look at the fascia and drip edge where the aluminum channel will mount, find the outlet or circuit that will feed the system, and test whether it holds up. If a stretch of fascia is soft or a gutter is pulling away from the house, we tell you before we fasten anything to it.
Then we plan the install around what we found. That means deciding where to inject power so the far end matches the near end, how wires pass through the soffit without leaving gaps for water or pests, and which track color blends with your trim. You get a clear explanation of the layout and the reason behind each choice.

Hardware mounted for real winters
Ice along the gutters, freeze-thaw cycles and heavy wet snow sliding off the roof are hard on exterior lighting. We use sealed connectors and set the channel where shedding snow and ice won't pry it loose.
Failed parts get a cause, not just a swap
The lights and components we install are backed by a 10-year product warranty. If a part ever fails, we find out why before replacing it, so the new one doesn't fail the same way.
Controls you'll actually use
Before we leave, we set up the app-controlled system on your phone and build a few schedules with you. You'll know how to switch to holiday colors or keep a warm white on every evening.
