What Happens When You Call

We start with your house and the trouble you have had so far. If seasonal string lights keep tripping an outlet or a strand goes dark halfway along the gutters, we ask about it, because the cause is usually a wet connection, an overloaded circuit or a failing GFCI. Knowing that up front means the permanent lighting we plan does not repeat the same problem.

Next we set a time to look at the home exterior in person. We measure each roofline run, check whether the fascia and gutters are aluminum, vinyl or wood, and find the outdoor outlet that will feed the power supply and app-controlled controller. You get your free quote by phone after that visit, with the track length, controller and power plan spelled out.

Good to Have Ready Before You Call

1. The stretches of roofline you hope to light, front only or all the way around, and whether each one sits at the first or second story.
2. Where your nearest exterior outlet sits and whether it has a GFCI reset button.
3. What your gutters and fascia are made of, if you know.
4. Any problems you have had with past holiday or exterior lights, so we can trace the cause.
